TAHZINGDONG has a General committee consisting of 37 members from different walks of the advanced population like social workers, businessmen, cultural activists, women leaders, community leaders, civil society representatives, representatives from community-based organizations, and physicians. The general committee is responsible for electing the Executive Committee for 3 years duration through the Annual General Committee. The Executive Committee is the highest policy-making body of the organization. The Executive Director cum General Secretary of EC is a full-time professional responsible for overseeing the overall implementation and operation of the organization who is assisted by a group of efficient and professional 3 layers of staff like Senior Management Team, Mid-level management team, front line team members.
